Shipping & Return
Decibel™ Hearing Aids has a 30 day return and exchange policy from the day you receive your device. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Because Decibel™ Hearing Aids cannot be resold after being opened and used by customers, we do have a 15% restocking fee for returned inventory. Customers will incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of their purchase price. This fee covers the cost of the lost inventory when it is returned and unable to be re-sold.
Please note, if the device has missing accessories, is damaged or tampered with, there will be a 25% restocking fee instead.
Based on the feedback of our valued customers, we highly recommend using the product for at least 2 weeks (14 days) to ensure your ears have appropriate time to adjust to your new hearing aids. We know that hearing aids are a big change for many people, so give yourself some time to adjust.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you. If you find a device is not the best fit for your hearing loss, email support or call customer service so we can help you find what product will work best for you.

*If you have already returned your device, please give our team 14 days to process your refund. We appreciate your understanding and patience.*
If you wish to request a refund please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at (201) 297-6875. Once your device is at our warehouse, we will inspect and upon review of our technician we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it is fully working. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It can take up to 14 days for your refund to process fully depending on your bank.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our devices are custom made the day they are purchased by our engineers and technicians. Estimated shipping time for all of our products with FREE shipping is 3-5 business days.
